PWSS serves as an integral member of the Program Management Office (PMO) for the New Terminal One at JFK International Airport, a transformative component of the airport's $19 billion redevelopment program. As the largest privately financed airport terminal development in the United States, the New Terminal One is being designed as a world-class international gateway, prioritizing accessibility, operational efficiency, passenger experience, and long-term resilience.

PWSS played a key role in developing and securing approval of the program's Basis of Design, a critical milestone that established the project's foundational requirements and enabled advancement into design and construction. Today, PWSS continues to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination across the program, supporting design management, stakeholder alignment, facilities management integration, and Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) planning.

Through its owner-focused perspective and deep aviation expertise, PWSS helps ensure that design, construction, operational planning, and stakeholder objectives remain aligned throughout project delivery, supporting the successful realization of one of the most significant airport infrastructure investments in North America.
