PWSS is part of the PMO team for this $9 billion project. As part of the modernization of JFK International Airport, the all-new Terminal One will prioritize accessibility, convenience, and the ultimate passenger experience from air side to land side. It is the largest privately funded terminal in the country and will serve as an international gateway to the U.S. encompassing over 300,000 sq. ft. of dining, retail, lounges, and recreational space.

PWSS was responsible to lead and develop the basis of design for the program and successfully secure its approval, which was a necessary milestone to commence the program. Our team is currently providing guidance, management and oversight of the design team; as well as integrated into the FM& ORAT process.
