PWSS has been servicing aviation and infrastructure construction programs for over 25 years. We are a client-driven company that seeks to provide the leadership, guidance, and expertise needed throughout the duration of our clients’ projects. With growing technical complexity and economic risks associated with modern construction projects, and the evolution of new and more complex project delivery methods PWSS works to protect the Owner’s interests from project inception to project close out.

At PWSS, our growing team of talented professionals with varying backgrounds collectively have experience in a wide range of programs and projects, including airport master planning, facilities management, airfield management, terminal, concourse and concessions construction management both large and small. Collectively, we know airports.  We know the elements of design, construction and management, especially through an owner’s perspective.  That cognizance results in the development of constructable and holistic programs.

​We know how important it is to design and construct with the client’s brand, operation, customers and operations in mind. We possess a strong understanding of aviation operations including airfield safety, taxiway/ramp design, terminal design and passenger movements/forecasts. We understand the importance of stakeholder liaison and communication between the Airport Board, FAA, TSA, CBP, other Federal agencies, airline representatives and other key partners. We are skilled in the ability to align competing interests to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget, all while respecting the customer journey.
